Susan Gay Ferrell
August 25, 1950 - August 1, 2011
SALEM - Sue Ferrell, 60, passed away peacefully in her Salem home. Sue was preceded in death by her mother; Ella Jane Lewis, sister; Karen Jane Lewis, adopted sister; June Hathersmith, and stepmother; Lorraine Lewis.
She is survived by a loving family: husband; Laren Ferrell, father; Harry Lewis, sons; Michael Johnson (Darbi), David Ferrell (Suzy) and Craig Ferrell (Stephanie). Seven grandchildren, Blake, Tyler, Gracie, and Ravyn Johnson, and Peyton, Cody, and Ashton VanVelzer.
A memorial Service will be held on August 13, 10 a.m., at Salem Alliance Church, 555 Gaines NE, Salem, OR 97301.
Rememberances may be given in lieu of flowers to Salem Free Medical Clinic, Alliance Great Commission Ministries (Thailand) via Salem Alliance Church, or Wycliffe Bible Translators.
