| OBITUARY: Phillip J. Schultz, 68, of 2997 Michigan City Lane NW, died Saturday in a Portland hospital. Born in New Brunswick, NJ, he had lived in Salem for 56 years. He was a retired employee of Oregon State Hospital, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Salem Elks. Survivors include his sister, Betty A. Rivett, Salem. Services will be at 11 am Wednesday in Barrick mortuary, and private interment in Zena Cemetery.
