OBITUARY: 

John Schultz, 84, Rt 1, Box 362, died Thursday at a Salem hospital. Born in Hungary, he had lived in Salem for the past 47 years. He was a retired painter at Oregon State Hospital. Survivors include daughter Mrs Elizabeth Rivett, Salem; son Philip, Salem; one grandson; three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 1:30 pm Saturday at Zena Cemetery. Barrick mortuary is in charge. Relatives suggested that contributions may be made to the Heart Fund in care of local postmaster.

John Schultz. Late resident of Rt 1, Box 362, Salem, Oct 8, in a local hospital. Survived by son, Philip Schultz, Salem; daughter, Elizabeth Rivett, Salem. One grandson, Bob Rivett, Salem, three great-grandchildren also survive. Graveside services Sat, Oct 10 at 1:30 pm at Zenith Cemetery. Friends who wish may make contributions to Heart Fund. Arrangements under the direction of the Barrick Chapel, 205 Church SE.
