OBITUARY: 

Jessie Beryl Geil, May 20, 1911-May 15, 2005

Salem – Beryl was born in Oakville, Ore, on May 20, 1911. She graduated from Albany High School and married Paul Geil in 1929. They lived in Albany and then moved to Salem in 1940. Beryl ws preceded in death by son, Gordon and husband, Paul. She is survived by son, Glendon; daughters, Sandy Raymond and Judy Post; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren; her step-mother, Gladys Wilson; sisters, Erna Olson and Wanda Follette; half-sister, Donna Nelson; brother, Bud Nordyke; half brother, Gayle Nordyke; and step-brother, Gary Hill. Private interment will be at Spring Valley Church. Memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm, Sat, May 21, at Keizer Community Church, 380 Churchdale Ave, N, Keizer. Contributions may be made to Union Gospel Mission, Child Evangelism Fellowship or a charity of your choice. Arrangements are by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors.
