Fred M. Gould, 74, of 1668 Center St NE, died Friday night in a Salem hospital. A native of Tillamook, he had come to Salem from Oceanside about six years ago. He was a retired carpenter. He was a past grand master of Tillamook IOOF Lodge. He leaves a widow Nellie, of Salem; sons Merrill E. of Salem and Krader R. of Tacoma; sisters Mrs Roy E. Barker of Zena and Mrs Edith Staplin of Tacoma; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Virgil T. Golden mortuary is in charge.
