Broadway) at the age of 30 yrs 8 ms 17 dys, name of father Samuel Orr (b. N. of Ireland), maiden name of mother Charlotte Glendining (b. Scotland); lived in town 12 yrs; bur Rickreall, Ore; informant Samuel Orr of 658 E Broadway.
NOTE - Parents Samuel & Charlotte Orr are buried at City View Cemetery in Salem. However, Samuel was originally buried at Burch Cemetery in 1919 and was moved to City View later. No record found that Glen was moved, so his grave may still be at Burch.

OBITUARY:
Died at the home of his parents, 658 East Broadway, April 16, 1918, Glen A. Orr, aged 30 years 8 months 17 days. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Orr, brother of Mrs. J.B. Nesmith of this city; Mrs. Otis Wait and Mrs. E.O. Stenson, of Rickreall, Or, and Sheriff Orr, of Dallas, Or. The funeral services will be held in the Evangelical Church at Rickreall, at 11 a.m. today (Thursday). Friends invited. Arrangements in care of F.S. Dunning, Inc.
